Share the product, pack size or fill weight, quantity, packaging format, artwork or a reference photo, and the destination country or city when relevant.
03Can the material and dimensions be customized?+
Yes. Dimensions, presentation, and material structure are discussed around the product, filling method, sealing process, and intended use. Final specifications must be approved before production.
04Do you accept inquiries from outside Indonesia?+
Yes. Our current customer experience is in Indonesia, and we are open to discussing projects with overseas buyers. Export and delivery terms are confirmed per project.
